Great Glasses
This is my second pair of these. My first pair lasted for 3 years and were in good shape before I found them in the driveway one morning stepped on and mashed flat, oh well. My first pair is marked Made in China, and so are these. I have no issues with the quality, fit and finish like some other reviewers have. I have worn Ray Bans for many years and always the aviator style with glass lenses, sweat bar, and wrap around ear pieces (so they won't fall off while boating, etc.). When I switched to these I liked how light weight they were compared to my aviators (plastic compared to glass lenses).Yes, the plastic lenses will scratch if not kept out of harms way, but so did my glass lens glasses. I can't tell you how many times I dropped my aviators and broke or pitted the lenses. I have a graveyard of same model glasses for spare parts.I always get the green lenses and love the very natural looking sight picture through them. The lenses are attached to the frame via two rivets per lens and the method seems to work well. I've never had a problem with them becoming loose or unattached. Unless you want to count the time my last pair was stepped on and one of the rivets popped out - but that is expected with that kind of force. Any glasses would have been destroyed by that.Don't be afraid to try these - my experience with them is all good.

Very nice.
I got the mirror gradient. Gotta agree with one review that called them fragile. Im not too active in them at all but feel I need to be extra careful or they'll snap in two. Taking care of them isn't very difficult though so that isn't much of an issue anyway.Very nice, expensive feeling shades that would look great on almost anybody. They seem a little dark when I wear them say inside the grocery store, but you're not supposed to wear them indoors anyway are you? I'm sure they're real Ray-Bans, they're priced well, and a nice change from the Oakley space pilot looking shades that I used to wear. Im very happy with my purchase.

Not the quality I expected
I ordered these when the product description explicitly said "Made in Italy", however the glasses I received in my order say Made in China. That by itself, although annoying, is not enough for me to return the item. The other problems with them is they arrived with one of the nose pieces bent, making them crooked, and its hard to get them perfectly straight once this happens. The metal itself seemed soft too. The material was not as nice as I expected for sunglasses costing this much. Also, one of the lenses was a bit loose, and the other wasn't. The whole reason I spent the extra money on these is because I was tired of spending 20 dollars on cheap Chinese frames only to have them break in a couple months, and it appears that these are not much different other than being more expensive. In their defense, if you get a perfect pair of these, they look cool, and wrap around your head tightly, almost too close to your face. These are going back to Amazon unfortunately.

Exactly what I wanted!
I purchased these after my last pair were lost at the fair. I normally purchase my glasses from sun glass hut so i usually see them in person. I was very nervous after i started seeing reviews say that these were fake because the were made in China. I did my own research and apparently Ray bans are now made in Italy and China. They are authentic and of the same quality as the ones i bought in the store so I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Not 'Italy made' sunglasses
It looks very beautiful and has a nice design. The only problems I noticed is that the material feels cheap in your hands and it's strange that it's a Made in China product even though the product page states that it's an Italy made sunglasses, that can be misleading to customers.

Ray-Bans are now made in China
I purchased a pair at a Sunglass Hut. I spoke with the woman behind the counter and asked why some are made in Italy and other said made in China. She informed me that only the "classic" models are still being made in Italy (e.g. Wayfarers). I am happy with the sunglasses so far. They do feel like they could break pretty easily and would not take a ton of abuse.
