Good quality product that makes a delicious cup of coffee. You can connect it to an app and easily control the amount of coffee/temperature. A little on the expensive side for the machine and for coffee, but I don’t think people really buy these to save money. Worlds better than any standard drip cup of coffee!

I bought this to upgrade from a Nespresso Virtuo Pop that I had for about a year. What an upgrade! I love the larger water reservoir and used cup holder. I paired my phone to it and I love that I can access all the info from my phone. I decided to run a clean cycle last week. Easy peasy with the app. Also having the option to increase the heat of the water is a plus. So far, no complaints at all. I don't find it to be any noiser than the Pop, actually less so. And as many others have said, that short heat to brew time is great.

Don’t buy on Amazon, I got two consecutive defective machines. First one arrived cracked with an external leak - water would just leak out the bottom instead of brewing. The replacement had an internal leak - it would spit out brown water from the previous brew to start each cycle and leak a significant amount of coffee I to the pod disposal bin. Both confirmed with nespresso support on video calls as defective. dud city. This machine is great but buy it somewhere else

First morning and thumbs up! I’ve had several Nespresso machines, each of which has given out at some point. (Candidly I’m not the best with maintenance and descaling.) My last one was the fully electronic Vertuo Next. Great machine but finicky. It’s had many errors in the past yr as it sunk toward the depths of death. I received this one and just got my first cup. Tastes great! (The same really) I love that it’s white and matches the kitchen better. We’ll see if I end up cursing it for being messy but so far so good!

Update: The team was able to find my account eventually, despite initially not being able to find it when looking up my account number. They performed a remote reset which seems to have gotten the software back into working order, but I’m still quite in shock that this step had to be taken. This is symptomatic of a wider push towards an over-reliance on software I see with so many products. It isn’t an issue for my coffee machine to have a companion app, but it is a problem if it is so reliant on the app that you can have a bricked machine that requires a remote reset to function again. That being said, I’ve brewed coffees and espresso and they taste really good! I was skeptical of reviewer claims of “cafe quality” coffee, but honestly that doesn’t feel like an exaggeration. Not the best coffee I’ve ever had made, but really good stuff. The machine is very quick, starting to pour in only a few seconds, and while it isn’t quiet, I don’t find it offensively loud either. If I continue to not have issues with the machine, I will likely change my rating, but my initial experience really turned me off to this app-based pivot. ========== My machine won't perform at all out of the box, brand new. The app keeps complaining that there is a capsule still inside, but I've never put a capsule in. I haven't ever put a capsule in. I'm trying to compelte the cleaning process. I called support but they weren't able to locate my account. I think this is symptomatic of an overreliance on software and companion apps. There should be a way for me to confirm that there is no capsule and override the error, but there is not. This is a shame to see from the latest and greatest Nespresso model.

Very easy to use and makes a great espresso. It’s not as tall as some of the other Nespresso machines so fits on the counter better. Only small concern is that it is not true white, it is more of a cream color.

This machine makes a nice cup of coffee. Accepts all sizes of pods. This is our 3rd or 4th Nespresso machine. I like it the most so far. The set up was a bit confusing, and their app could use some work. The only issue we have , is that the pods get collected below and the tank they go into gets to be a mess. We lined ours with some paper towels. However it needs to be cleaned everytime you dump the old pods. Not a huge deal breaker but it’s just an odd design I guess.

This Nespresso machine is amazing, much easier to use than previous models and much slimmer and smaller design. It doesn’t take up room on my counter which is great because I hate clutter. My mom and I have both had the turn lid that’s so stiff and hard and she currently has the pop up but for me this is perfect plus it’s a little cheaper than hers for the same coffee. I’m very happy.
