This was my first time tackling a fuel pump replacement, and this tool was a lifesaver. It successfully removed and reinstalled the lock ring, even though I had to stand on the wrench to get it locked back in place. The tool held up perfectly and got the job done. Highly recommended

Used for a 2018 mazda 3. Pounded on the lock ring for roughly an hour before finally giving up and buying this tool. Worked right away to get the ring the rest of the way off, and made the reinstallation easy. Took quite a bit of torque to break loose and to reinstall but I was very impressed. Incredibly inexpensive for how well it works and the material quality.

Worked Amazingly for our 2004 Ford Ranger . The set I rented from Autozone did not work for mine so getting this was necessary. Great price and very durable well built. Used with a breaker bar.

The tool definitely makes it easier. But don’t think you can just turn it with a breaker bar and it just releases or locks the ring back in. Had use it with a rubber mallet to give it an impact effect. Then it worked fairly well.

This is a well built tool, I was looking for a 2018 Chevy Duramax DEF Pump ring removal tool. Everything I looked up said fuel pump ring, took a chance, this works great for removing DEF pump ring, fit perfect.

This thing is great, even used it on certain DEF tanks that have the same lock ring. Soooo much better than beating the ring off with a screwdriver and hammer. Super long 1/2 drive makes quick work of it, pops the ring right off and on. I've used it over 10 times and if it breaks I'll order 2 more but it's holding up great. Heavily worth the money if you do fuel tanks, even for one job it's worth it at this price

Prompt delivery - arrived earlier than promised. Fits 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe fuel tank lock ring (and most likely later model years). To remove this ring, this tool is a must as it provides THREE points of contact. Previous tool (also bought on Amazon) was much cheaper, but totally useless for the Hyundai as it had only TWO points of contact with lock ring. Use a long handled breaker bar (1/2 inch drive) as well as a rubber hammer to help remove the lock ring. These are on really tight!
