Missing Items and Unclear instructions
I did not receive the 8 piece Ear Picks. The “User Manual” does not have any information on how you know when the device is fully charged. When I plug it in to charge it, 2 lights are fully lit and one is blinking. I took that to mean it was partially charged. However, when I press the on button, nothing happens. Also, for ear wax removal, some photos show using the long tube while others don’t. I’ve never used an earwax removal vacuum, so, maybe I’m misunderstanding the instructions for its use. Nevertheless, this will be returned as the package was missing the ear picks. I’m wondering if I received a returned item.
