**Q: Having a problem filling it, anyone know the correct way? If you push down hard when filling it, fluid just comes out all over it**

Waited two months before writing this review due to many complaints about it. I have to say that I may be one of the lucky ones because my unit has been really good. Yes sometimes I have to click the igniter a few times to get it lit but what lighter doesnt have that issue. Its a fragile piece of equipment and needs TLC. All I know is that my cigar sessions are much better due to this soft flame lighter. Makes my cigars taste awesome.
