Fast response at a busy time of year
I purchased blaze box BBQ oven as a Christmas present for our son in law on the 14/12/19 but unfortunately when it arrived stone was broken I reported it, got a reply and now four days later I have a replacement stone. I'm very impressed the oven is complete again, I expected to have to send the whole thing back and was surprised I got a response before Christmas let alone have my repacement stone a big thank you to Clifford James and everyone involved you are awesome, thank you, Merry Christmas to you and yours

Be aware of the size
Utterly useless for a 12 inch pizza, which is the average size although classed as medium, not large at Dominoes.The pizza stone would only fit a 6 inch wide pizza in order to ensure it had sufficent space on the stone. Far too small for any more than one person, and even then they would have to like small pizza. if thats what you need it for then its probably fine but for a couple or more people utter rubbish and should not be marketed as it currently is. More transparency

Quick and effective
This is simple to use, but cooks pizzas quickly and well - tasty crisp base and well cooked topping. This has added a new dimension to the BBQ

Welli can't right a review as I am away camping and it did not come in time . According to tracking it has not turned up at my mums

Brought this as an engagement gift for people that more or less have everything (except this) they were really pleased and have had many successful pizzas

Broken stone
My stone broke I rang them I need a new stone.. Can somebody sort me out

Great product - shame about the quality
Used the oven for the first time today and it was excellent. Unfortunately the stone broke when I took it off the BBQ. Disappointing that this happened too easily. Amazon have promised a full refund and I have ordered another so fingers crossed for the second one being more robust.

Sympa mais utilisation non aisée surtout pour trouver la bonne température de cuisson. La plaque carrée pas très pratique et accroche les pizzas. Pas top sur bbq bois et charbon C'est plus un gadget .
