The gooseneck arm is flexible but still holds its position once you set it, which is important because there’s nothing more annoying than having to constantly readjust it mid recording. It does a great job cutting down on harsh “P” and “B” sounds and softening breath noise without muffling the audio. My voice still sounds clear and natural, just cleaner. The metal and foam combination seems to block plosives better than the basic single mesh screens I’ve used before. The clamp attaches securely to my mic and hasn’t slipped. It took me a minute to find a good place to fit it because it’s kind of heavy in relation to my mic. But overall, setup was quick and straightforward. Overall, it’s affordable, effective, and feels more professional than the price suggests. Definitely worth it if you’re recording podcasts, voiceovers, or streaming.

Furthermore, the entire unit is just far too bulky. While the flexible arm and clamp function fine, the sheer size and thickness of the filter head make it incredibly cumbersome to position comfortably around your microphone and workspace. Honestly, I would much rather just have a standard, inexpensive fabric mesh pop filter. They are significantly less bulky, they don't color your audio or create whistling sounds, and they get the job done just fine. Because of the negative impact on sound quality and the excessive bulk, I cannot recommend this product.
