Nice bed for the money. Was easy to put together. It did arrive with a damaged part, however, the company sent a replacement part right away and I had the bed put together in a timely manner. Definately would do business with them again if and when the time arises. Yes, part did arrive damaged, but the company did replace it without any hassle, and to me that is what is important. Was great customer service, they kept me informed during the whole process, and even followed up with me after the part arrived. And the bed is quiet too so that is also a plus

The lights are not sticking at all. They've fallen to the floor over and over and even with the zip ties they don't stay perfectly. The remote for the lights arent working at all and im having a very hard time getting ahold of anybody to help replace the item.. 😞

For one, be sure to free an afternoon to put it together. The design is flawed, there’s a vertical metal pole you will constantly kick with your foot and toes once assembled on each side of the bed. I have to put something soft around it because how often it happens. Poor design. LED doesn’t stick to base so they just sag and look cheap.

Easy assembly, built it three hours. Sturdy.
