Schmitt Gartoph 3 Liter Cream Colored Fermentation Crock - 3 Piece Kit

Good ventilation and the size of this is perfect for sitting on your kitchen counter. I don't have a work room panty area in this house so I have to ferment in my kitchen area. I do like this crock but I have to say I love my Ohio made crock more. It's more heavy weight. This one is well made and certainly more attractive though. I like them both. The Schmitt is well worth the money, no regrets on my purchase.

I'm excited to use my new crock! The weights were "hidden" in the bottom of the box and I had to look for them.
