I didnt actually need the blade for the fact that its the emergency key as I have that on the other fob, rather the fact that on the spare it was missing completely and means you cant actually hook the key onto a keyring without it. £70 from a dealer was a bit pricey for a hook to put it around a keyring for me so this was perfect...
