Small and discreet! Good long life!
It fits right in that weird little small pocket in my jeans so that I can easily grab it when looking for certain types of glass at thrift stores, which it lights up brilliantly, by the way! It's a twist to turn on so it's nice that I don't make mysterious clicking noises. I can hide it in under my fingers and activate it one handed so I can be more stealthy. (I don't want everyone in on my glass finding game or asking me a bunch of questions!) It is pretty bright with a fresh battery, but it gets dimmer. It's almost too bright to be stealthy at first. I use rechargeable AAAs with it. It has helped me find a bunch of neat glass pieces and some other substances that I'm not as thrilled to find, but it's nice to know that they're there I suppose.

Bright, durable light that's suprisingly well built
I bought this light for inspection purposes. I needed a 365nm light to inspect for dust in semiconductor mini-environments. It worked great for this purpose -- highlighting dust much better than cheaper 395nm UV lights. But I was very surprised at how well it highlighted scorpions. I took it outside at night and found 13 scorpions on the first night and 7 more the second night -- and I didn't even know I had scorpions in my yard (Phoenix, AZ)! Scorpions light up like beacons under this bright light. I had no problems with the end cap as mentioned in one review. I suppose if you're turning the light on and off every minute or so for an 8-hour shift then maybe adjusting the brightness every time you turn it on might get annoying. But I just turned it on, adjusted to max brightness, and left it that way -- and I had no problems with it. Practically every LED light works this way. It should go without saying that this light is useless in bright daylight (or any kind of bright condition). It works best in complete darkness. It "kind of" works in dim light conditions.

Nice UV flashlight - unfortunately it was used
It has no marks or scuffs. All parts came with it so no issues there. The problem is it was used. There is supposed to be a paper tab to keep the battery out of circuit until sold to a user. The battery paper tab was in the box which wasn’t packed quite right. This was sold, returned, and then shipped as new. It was almost new but the battery had been left in the flashlight to completely run down dead which is hard on that kind of battery.Amazon should not be sending electronics out with batteries like this in circuit. I bought a Nest fire alarm some years back and same thing - it was used and shipped as new. It had been given a location and was configured by someone else, also with the battery still in circuit and draining.I’m keeping the flashlight since it looks ok but I’m really tired of getting used products from Amazon. I get keeping prices low but I end up holding the bag for a rechargeable battery that was left in circuit and run completely dead and left to sit like that for no telling how long. Unfortunately, the ding on battery life is entirely Amazon’s fault. I have no idea how it would fare under normal use and won’t be able to tell since this is a used device stored improperly.

Great UV light
I purchased the UV302D with the intent on using it for UV photography (not UV fluorescence) with my modified DSLR. It works perfectly for this, sample photo attached. I'm removing 1 star because the product description said it came with UV protective glasses and even though there was a spot in the box for them they were not included with my shipment. The inclusion of a Li-ion battery and extra o-rings is a nice touch. The included charger reminds me of an early 1990's charger with the spring loaded negative terminal, not sure why they went that way as it makes the battery harder to seat because the spring is pretty strong at the end of the length you need for the 18650 battery. It has also been fun shining it around at night to see what's on the walls and floor (the stuffing on my dogs toys fluoresces brightly). Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

Strong and portable
This little light works like a charm to help recharge the glow strips on my cane. And I can keep it attached to my cane strap for convenience.

It works...too well....
Having to travel a lot, I bought this flashlight to "scrutinize' my hotel environment (or any other public place). Boy! That's a real shocker!!!!! To much information is like not enough they say. A word to the wise, don't go overboard with what you see. I have learned that chlorine does give a bright white as other liquids smears...so I came to the conclusion, that there should be a list, description of smears ( booklet or pamphlet) that are...and are not kosher. Because these old eyes have seen to much and now am on a cleaning frenzy. ;-))). It has it's own charging station, a cool aspect= no buying batteries. And the little case is very practical to carry around. I still don't know if it can board a plane though. All in all great buy, quality/price perfect. I recommend it for sure.

Horrible
I bought this a year or so ago and can hardly use it because the battery life is so poor that its dead within in the a few minutes. Might see if I can find a different battery

Perfect for UV Glue
Pro : Solid aluminum construction ,easy to use, comes with 2 X batteries and spare O rings .Con: Instructions are translated from Chinese to English and adequate but could be better if written by a fluent English speaker and writer.Overall , Very impressed with the quality.

Okay
This is a 3W light which is okay .. but should have purchased a 10W for the same price, and gotten a stronger beam
