Does not fit notch pole without adapter
Not sure if this works because it doesn’t fit the notch pole. I ordered an adapter to hopefully make the connection. Not sure why amazon says this is commonly bought with the notch pole if they do not fit together. I contacted corona and they said this primer head does not work with the notch pole.Edit: Jameson adapter worked after I filed one screw hole in the corona clipper to line them up with the adapter. Used all three notch poles so I could pull against the earth to get way up high branches.

This is solid and well made. I use these a lot and other less expensive ones do not function/last well. I have tried to find a telescoping pole to fit it but ended up using one for my swimming pool that fits it and works well. I would definitely purchase this again.

Good product for the price
these are good pruners. fast shipping. will buy again. I'm an arborist of over 35 years and these are good pole pruner heads. Only thing that would be nice is if they'd come with an extra spring.

Pruning palm trees
This Corona pruner did exactly what I hoped it would.I have thirty or so Sable Palmetos in my yard. Use a traditional pole pruner just took to long.As I work in the landscape bussiness,I am very familer with Corona products. The only drawback to using this head is that will not fit most poles.Only a small modfication to a Corona pole,the head fit like a charm.Works very well.But,the weight of the pruning head is tiring with pronged use. Good tool to have for prunning large limbs.

A very sturdy pruner
It is a bit expensive for a home gardener, but this pruner is sharp and strong. I use it to cut 1 1/4 inch branches with ease, and look forward to many years of use.

bought one in 1986 , had to replace 2019 enough said, professional quality
this is as good as it gets, professional quality, took 33 years to break my first one and i own a tree company
