I use this to when I defuse my curly hair, and it’s so soft two. Good heat protection and smells good!

Here are my experiences in response to negative comments from others:1) The smell is fine, and it is not too overpowering.2) It came sealed and had a protective pump ring.3) Is not too heavy. I have thin fine hair and I use very little. I put it halfway down and to the ends when I style, steering clear of my roots. I use it to slick my pony back when I am exercising outside (I live in AZ & this has UV protection).

I absolutely love this product! The smell is incredible and it works really well. I have a very fine hair and I try to protect it because it is so fragile. I do use blow dryers and straight irons on my short hair. This product seems to really work as a protection against harsh treatment. Again, I say I love the smell of this and I also use it as a conditioner instead of a hair conditioner because it goes in to the hair and doesn’t leave residue or any other heavy feeling on fine thin hair. I would highly recommend.

It's almost impossible to find this stuff, but I have used it for decades now. I LOVE the smell. It's almost a cologne type smell but light enough to be unisex. It really soothes me just to feel it absorb into my hair but to smell the aromatherapy of it is lovely and it makes my hair retain a bit of that fresh and slightly mysterious smell. I use it even when air drying or leaving my hair wet in a braid or bun, but also when I'm blow drying or straightening and it does seem to help keep it a bit smoother and less frizzy.

Works well, helps deal with humidity.

This product is absolutely wonderful. I have medium short (fine) hair, and like has already been said, a dime-sized amount or one and a half squirts is all I use. It doesn't take much at all. This is not at all greasy, and has a nice, fresh scent. I put this all through my hair right after I have washed and towel-dried it. I then comb it through and blow dry it. The result is beautiful, shiny, I mean really shiny hair! I live in a sub-tropical, humid climate and my hair is frizzy but this Chi gives it body and tames the frizziness that it isn't all over the place! I have tried so many other products and some were alright, but for me nothing is better than this! My husband uses it too, and loves how it makes his hair look and feel! Now that I am sure that this is the real Chi, next time I'm going to order more than one, and try the Infra Treatment to see what it does!

Smells nice and has improved hair

I’ve been using this protectant lotion for years. I usually purchase at cosmoprof with my Esthetician license, but I’ve notice that a lot of times do not have it. I got it from Amazon without the run around. It keeps my hair soft and protected from heat of the flat iron I use almost daily. Even after I go past wash day it’s still soft and flouncy and bouncy and it’s because of this lotion. Small amount needed every time you use heat to your hair. It’s my favorite product!
