Hip Adduction Abduction Machine by SEWD – Home Gym Inner/Outer Thigh Trainer for Strength Training, Two in One Compact Glute & Thigh Workout Equipment.

I really like how easy this was to set up. It offers up to 65 lbs of resistance, which is great for a variety of workouts and fitness levels. The best part is that I can get an excellent workout without leaving my home, which saves me both time and money. I also love how quiet it is during use. I can work out early in the morning or later in the evening without disturbing anyone in the house. The equipment feels sturdy and well-made, and all of the parts fit together nicely during assembly. I've been using it regularly, and it provides a smooth workout experience. The adjustable resistance allows me to challenge myself as I get stronger, and there are plenty of exercises I can do with it to target different muscle groups. It doesn't take up much space, making it a great option for a home gym. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. It's easy to use, quiet, effective, and offers great value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient way to stay active and fit at home.

After having it for a while . Not impressed and now stuck with it.

I really like this, but I do wish I could set the resistance higher. Very easy to assemble.

Machine was super easy to assemble. Not too big so it’s easy to store . I just sit on it and watch tv while I workout. Super convenient and definitely a good value . The quality is great, super sturdy
