Works Great!
This product is everything it promises to be. Accept no imitations. Quality construction and stainless steel extension pole. Your imagination is the limit to how you can use it with any lighter weight camera with a tripod screw mount or a smartphone with the super mount. Versatile, but small enough to keep stashed in a pants pocket or purse. There are plenty of more detailed reviews on the Web, but be aware that this is the real thing and don't be deceived by seller Hardware Sales Inc.'s name for photo equipment -- they're a FastCap Tech partner.

iPole is a great tool...but not for all phones.
This is a great tool....but it doesn't really fit a smart phone if it has a protective cover on it. Removing the OtterBox cover every time would be a pain...and leave my phone in jeopardy. The handle doesn't really lock in place, but rather it twists from the weight of the phone, so be very careful. My phone popped out of it twice, so thankfully I had the protective OtterBox on it at the time.

Does the Job
This pole extender is okay with a GoPro but other makes have a head that holds the camera more firmly. This brand however does have an attachment to use with an iPhone so if you intend to use it in this manner, this may be the one to get.

Handy and useful
I like the size when it's closed. Convenient to carry and easy to use. Have used with my GoPro but I'll also use it with my Nikon.

I only gave it a 3 star because it is the extension pole only.It does not come with the adapter to hold the phone which is why I bought it in the first place.

Nice but not for GoPro
This pole is great construction but the telescoping sections spin around with the weight of the gopro 3. I ordered from Hardware Sales Inc. and they wanted me to pay to return a defective item only after I contacted the manufacturer.FastCap on the other hand was awesome. They stood behind their product and shipped me out a replacement stealth ipole for free. GREAT company!!!! Very helpful and it was no questions asked. I don't even have to pay to return the defective ipole mini
