The light fixture arrived with a small scratch (I decided to ignore that flaw), it looks cheap (it is mainly made of plastic), the “crystal” light tracks are 2 bulky, dull plastic channels & after a few days it has been professionally hung by an electrician, one of the plastic channels popped out of its track, After the return window closed, the light fixture started to flicker randomly and the light gives in all different settings (warm, natural @ cold, plus the dimming options) is not appealing to me at all. I contacted Amazon Customer service who referred me to the seller due to the fact that the return window closed a few days before the flickering started. The warranty has not expired yet. The light fixture was bought approximately 2 months ago. After some back and forth the seller agreed to a refund and therefore I adjusted my initial one-star-rating. Thank you to the seller for the latter. I still I think this product is cheaply made and it is visible as soon as one takes a closer look.

The remote and memory function remove a lot of future fuss, but if your ceiling is very high you’ll need ladders and patience to get the suspension just right. Overall, it’s an attractive, practical pendant for islands and dining areas that wants to be noticed politely. :D

rendu très luxueux l'effet cristal est top le design est top le metal or est top les effets de couleurs sont top je peux gérer les 2 lustres avec une seule telecommande pour info j'espere que les leds sont quali et vont durer tout comme le transfo et le module de telecommande d'où les 4 etoiles

Le lustre est arrivé avec une des barre tordu et le cristal arraché de la base. Je trouve cela dommage j’ai réussi à arranger le tout donc pas très satisfait
