I'm over 30 and love dinosaurs, no shame. Was shopping for reversible sequin toys for a friend and this ended up getting recommended, clicked Buy Now so fast I didn't even realize the thing is weighted. I can tell the weight will be great for those who enjoy the sensory but if you just want to keep it on a shelf with the rest of your dinosaur toys, the weight helps keep it in place. It was delivered just now and I'm so in love with it that I wish there were multiple colors of the dinosaurs. I know, there's other animals, but I want Dazzle in more colors. If you love dinosaurs, you need to buy this, it's just so hilarious looking and the sequins are fun to play with. The weighted part feels like sand in the butt so keep this away from pets or anyone who might rip it apart, it feels sturdy enough but also feels like it could make a huge mess and nobody needs to clean up sandy sequins.

I was looking for a more reasonably priced souvenir after a dinosaur event we drove around with our sons (age 7&4) I thought for like prices items this was a great choice in price and space of sequin play available. Then I read reviews on how great it is for sensory kids and mine are both sensory in different ways but they both adored this item! I find them sitting even just that little bit more still while watching a show or movie if they’re holding onto this nicely weighted, friendly, “figitable” stuffy. They bring them in the car when we go out now, like a sidekick to their Lovey’s, fall asleep with them there and also at night they bring them to bed. I’d say it’s a win win win type of buy! Perfect for any age, I have adhd I caught myself flipping the sequins whilst picking up and chatting with my boys more than once so far. Lol. Oh also I saw someone who got a bit of a topsy-turvey one, laying more on his back, one of mine kinda did it too but I just fiddled with the “beanbag” and carefully shifted it back down towards his bottom and he sits perfect now, not that my son minded it even, he giggled at it, I fixed it very easily none the less. I wonder if perhaps they shift a bit somehow during the shipping process? Anyhow.. they are holding up great so far; it’s been a few weeks being regular buddies to my rambunctious boys.

I use this for time outs as a tool versus a toy. Sometimes my little toddler is so upset, he knows he can use this to help him calm down. He takes a deep breath as he combs it one way and breathes out when he combs it the opposite direction. He likes watching the color change and it has definitely helped him self regulate and calm down faster by having something tactile/visual.

We buy this for a Gift and the kids love it!!!! Little heavy that expected but still super cute

Great plush. My son loves it, the sequins work great. BUT, the weight in the plush is off center, and makes the plush fall over. It feels like a plastic bag full of rocks sitting awkwardly inside. I tried squishing the weighted sack inside towards the bottom so it doesnt fall over, but doing so i was starting to tear off the sequins.Its great. just falls over. At least our plush does.

So much cuter in person. I bought 3; penguin, seal, and elephant (my personal fave). Each were gifted to 3 ten year olds and they all love theirs. Soft. Heavy. Great quality. Sequins are secured tightly. A lot of fun and relaxing playing with the two tone sequins. Size is perfect, compact but big enough to hug and carry around.

I was a little skeptical when I first ordered. This is too much like a toy for my 5 year old and I was looking for tools that would help his ADHD and not toys. I ordered it anyway because he's 5 and if anything he'd have a new dinosaur. I was really surprised at how heavy this little dinosaur is. for a stuffed animal this is pretty heavy. It quickly became a hit with my son and he takes it everywhere. He can't sleep without it or go to the store without it. The only issue I ran in to so far is the ridge along the dinosaurs back is a little weak. My daughter decided to try and yank the dinosaur away from my son and split the seam pretty bad. Since it helps him as much as it does I ended up ordering 3 more. Aside from a small area with weak stitching this has been one of the best purchases I've made for my son

This is very cute and sturdy. It seems very well made. My children have a plethora of stuffed animals, and this one hasn’t become a favorite, but they still like playing with the sequins and like the sturdiness of the toy. I would caution you—if you have kids who throw or hit with their stuffed animals, you might want to be careful about this. They are solid. As a sensory toy, it’s really good.
