Disney My First 1000 Words

My daughter uses this book quit often. It is nice book with good pictures.

My daughter learnt a lot of words from this book during her 1-3 yr stage. And, she knows a lot of popular movie characters that are part of popular culture. she hasn't watched the disney movies yet, because she's too young for movies. but someday when she does, she'll know the characters and enjoy the movies even more. One of my favorite gift books for toddlers.Tip: Make up elaborate stories from the pictures, kids really love that!

The book is colourful, and full of high quality pictures from various Disney movies. My two year old girl is enjoying the book and learning from it too. Although lightening McQueen in front page of book is slightly misleading as there are no pictures of him or his movie are inside, but it has a good collection of various day-to-day objects. And you have to watch your baby while turning the pages as the pages are thinner.

Some words are very difficult for a 3 years old kid to learn or understand. The pictorial representation could have been enhanced.

Superb book....kids learn to concentrate on the picture to find things and they get to learn a lot of new words that we use in our daily life...informative colourful and value for money. I m happy I got it.
