Very effective product for pain relief.

My friend had these prescribed by a doctor and I was told they don't have them OTC. Well, they do and I got them and I love them. They stay on. They go on the skin not the clothing so when your top shifts, the pad doesn't shift. I try to use these for my back without having to take Tylenol. Recommend them!

they work moderately well but do not stick to c;lean dry skin try well. I have to use tape to hold them on.
