Very durable and remains a lovely golden color. Ends with a delicate little clasp. I like that this clasp is small, but not small enough that it would be hard to fasten. I've put this chain through quite a lot, and so far, there does not seem to be any discoloration or signs of breakage.I was especially happy to notice that this chain does not seem to grab hair. I had an older chain that was constantly catching my hair, which resulted in a very ugly looking chain. My bf kept telling me to buy a new one, and that the purchase would be worth it... I'm happy to say he was right, and so far I have not been disappointed with this one. :) Originally bought the 20" but exchanged it for this 17" since I wanted a short chain. (17" pictured)

It's pretty, sturdy, and has a good clasp. It's great for occasional wear. Unfortunately, I wear the same necklace constantly. It caused some gray discoloration on my neck. I'm not sure if it was an interaction from bathing products or an indication that gold plating is very thin. This suprised me as I wear silver without problems, and this is listed as nickel-free.

I bought this chain for a pendant of the Blessed Mother that I have. I have the same pendant in silver and I had misplaced my silver chain with the silver Blessed Mother pendant. I usually don't wear gold, I prefer silver. However, the pendant was gold, actually gold-plated and had trouble finding a chain. I had a gold chain but it was too short and too thin. I prefer my chains long and the one I had almost choked me. I bought this chain with some doubts. However, when I received it, I was very pleasantly surprised. The style and quality of the 33" chain is perfect! Now I use it all the time. I finally found my silver chain (it was in one of the pockets of a flannel shirt) and now I look forward to replacing it. I am definitely going to buy the silver chain in the future. My purchase came quickly and in a very attractive box. I thank the company for such a high quality product and Amazon for having it available. I highly recommend the gold chain and no doubt the silver chain will be of the same quality as the gold.

Sturdy but delicate. Have had this chain for about 2 weeks now and wear it all day without taking it off to shower or sleep and have had no issues. I bought the 21 inch as I wanted it to lay a couple of inches below my neck. I have a couple of medals on it that were my great grandfathers, so this is very special to me and wanted a chain to match. This chain is perfect!

Looks cheap. The color is yellow, not gold. In the pic you can tell the difference in color from the necklace and the real yellow gold pendant. You get what you pay for.

Got this in a 15 inch. Which is so hard to find. Have been wearing since I got it. Looks great and has kept its gold color. Could not be more pleased.
