I’m 48 and I have definitely noticed and improvement taking Genostim Pro. I have lost about 25 pounds in 4 months of taking the supplement. I’m not exercising that much. For some reason I no longer have food/snack cravings between meals and when I eat I’m satisfied with less food. The other odd thing is my craving for beer has disappeared! I've been using this for years. Sometimes I think it's not really working anymore so I quit taking it and after a month I feel the difference. It's great for energy and recovery for me.

Didn’t get the same results as Genostem.

I don't think this does anything. For me it was not noticeable at all.

The main reason I'm ordering this product again is due to the noticeable betterment of my sleep. Not in a "sleeping pill" type of way, but more of a natural feeling. Joint pain in my elbows has also subsided to a more tolerable level.
