Wonder Toy Improved Large 16" Inch Fire Truck Fire Engine with Big Hook and Ladder Rides by Itself While Making Fire Sirens - Best Gift for Your Boy.

I purchased this product for my nephew as a gift following a surgery he was undergoing. I had it sent to my parents to bring it with them via plane to visit him in another country. When they opened the box to set it up for him, they found that one of the three battery ports was missing both the contact spring and the knotted plate that holds it in place. This made the fire engine complete nonfunctional, as the third battery cannot be properly placed into the engine. I am very disappointed that this is the case, as getting a working replacement to my nephew will now be incredibly expensive as it will need to be shipped internationally. It also makes returning the toy expensive and inconvenient, since it would need to be shipped back to me using international delivery, or will need to be brought back to the states by my parents and then sent back to me to be returned. Considering the price, I expected that it would at least have all of the crucial parts to make it work. If I am able to return it, I will. But even if not, I would request a refund and warn others not to purchase this product.

I haven't taken it out of the box because there are plastic pieces that have broken off sliding around on the bottom of the box. I can lift the box with my pinkie finger...so I can't imagine the construction is going to withstand more than one time of use if it didn't even survive shipment to my house. I am too embarrassed to give this gift to my nephew because of the quality. It looks cool but otherwise cheap. Off to shop I go....his birthday party is today and this is a huge inconvenience.

Cheaply constructed. When it arrived, two parts were broken off in the box, and I could see other little pieces coming off in no time (choking hazard). Also, I thought it was going to be the kind of toy my little girl could push around, but because of the bump-n-go feature, you can't really. So it's more of a "watch it do it's thing" toy than an "interact with it" toy. I sent it back.

It's made out of plastic about a mm thin. Parts of this fell apart taking out of the box. It is loud and annoying and made cheaply. My son cried when it fell apart within five minutes of receiving it. I'm going to try and return it or what's left of it but not sure if Amazon will take back a box full of crap.

This item is, as noted in some other reviews I have now looked at, extremely flimsy and poorly constructed. The support on the ladder pop out of joint and bows quite easily just from a child raising and lowering the toy. The cherry picker platform detaches almost with any child interaction with it. My three year old son loves fire trucks, was overjoyed to get this and would be extremely upset if it went missing (ie I returned it), but I am figuring it is only a matter of days before the toy breaks to the point of being unrepairable. I literally had to start putting it back together on three occasions within hours of him opening it.Do not recommend this toy.

Well dont take out your wallet just let for this toy. Very poor quality. It is made poorly. My son still plays with it. Some pcs have fallen off but i just superglued them back on because he loves him some fire trucks. With that being said..buy some super glue as well.

Came broken with a light and bumper broken off the truck. It's super cheap plastic. The ladder falls off easily. The siren is SOOO loud. The best part is the bump and go. My son gets a kick out of it so that's all that matters.
