It works
It works well but I have to take my phone out of the case for it to fit

Good holder but doesn’t work for calls
Had these for a few months and it’s very good in terms of how well it fits my air vent and secured the phone but i have only just realised that because the plastic covers the speaker at the bottom of the iPhone, I have trouble with people hearing me when I speak to them on speaker phone. Also when trying to raise Siri, even when screaming “HEY SIRI!” until I’m blue in the face, nothing worked.

Fantastic for thin phones, not so for thick phones like the S20 Ultra
This holder works great for my Samsung Galaxy S9+. It holds the phone well and grips my car vent perfectly, never had an issue with the phone dropping down as long as you tighten the rear clamp. Main issue for me is my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra with a Spigen Tough Armour case does not fit. The phone is quick thick and this holder's arm are not deep enough, so beware it you have the same phone and case. Other than that, no problems.

Better than many overpriced items from mobile phone shops
If you go into town or to a shopping mall you will come across several overpriced mobile phone shops selling these for upwards of 40 quid - there are also cheap mobile phone shops selling these for similar price but without the quality - for all of those reasons, this is a fantastic product at a fantastic price and would recommend it to anyone.

Fits iPhone 11 with a case
Works as it should. Fits the new iPhone 11 with a case well. Fits into a 2010 VW polo vents. Can be slightly awkward to get it how you want but the adjustable ball joint makes things much easier than many other vent mounts I’ve used in the past.Would recommend

Fine for a one-off trip but fundamental flaws need development
It's fine for an emergency stop-gap solution or one off trip but I've found that the lower supports block the microphone so I cant be heard on hands free calls unless I tilt the phone on the stand using the charger wire (ive got a Samsung galaxy note10)... it requires tightening before each trip or else it pivots on the fixing. Really easy to put phone in it, though.

Works well, beware it won’t suit Audi vents
The actual product is great, however if your phone is is a thicker case it’s very tight.Also in one of our cars it fits the air vents fine, I’m my wife’s A3 though it has destroyed the vents, pulling the veins out when I tried to remove it the first time bringing the silver surround with it!
