It is much better than I feared it might be
It is much better than I feared it might be, and as good as you should expect. Shaft is not chromed, but who cares? Good quality for the price.

Good hammer
It got the job done. This proved heavy enough to pull some metal plugs I needed to pull out. Also the comfort of the handles made the job easier. Dealing with the screw that comes with it is a little cumbersome, but once properly attached, it works well. This is not an item I will use often, but I am glad to have it in my tool chest.

Works perfectly for small jobs and the parts are well made.

Missing Parts
Slide and hammer appear to be good quality, but as others have noted, it did not come with anything else. Which makes it as useful as a boat anchor. It came wrapped only in plastic which may explain why components get separated. I'll exchange it and hope I get everything, as it looks well made.

Dent Puller
I started a home project painting my Dodge Truck, I had some minor dents to take care of, the Jr Slide Hammer Dent Puller did the job! I have not tried it on a major project but for the dents my truck had it did the job and did it well.
