Muji Moma Aluminum Fountain Pen

Straight out of the box, put in the ink cartridge, gave it a minute or two and the pen starts working like an absolute dream.It's is exceptionally smooth to write with. On top of that, the line consistency remains the same on both regular and high grade paper(Tested from 80-200 gsm). Great for writing and sketching.The lines are similar to the TWSBI ECO EF nib but this feels a tiny bit smoother on paper.Reverse writing is not good(scratchy and inconsistent ink flow).Packaging is very poor. Just a random thin plastic cover that you get with 10 rupee pens.The metal barrel threads are a bit squeaky. I feel a little silicone grease will solve this issue though.Rating - 4.5/5 (The TWSBI ECO is still my favourite, but this is a very close second).

Came with just 1 cartridge, which contains black ink that dries almost grey. Haven't yet tried to find a converter that fits. Slightly too fine for my liking, but not bad if you like that kind of thing.Edit: Ink flow has improved after I changed the cartridge, but still slightly problematic.

Brother gifted me this pen. It’s a beauty. Beautiful nib, annd the ink consistency is lovely. and the pen built is classy and modern.
