Great value iron that really irons.

I have been using this iron for one year and 2 months and overall, it performs very well. The heating time is quick, the soleplate glides smoothly, and it removes creases with very little effort. For the actual ironing performance, I would say it’s definitely one of the better irons I have used in this price range. However, one issue really stands out — the cable is extremely short. This means you must place your ironing board very close to the socket, which isn’t always convenient. With other irons I’ve owned (including models like the one-temperature Russell Hobbs), the cable length was much longer, allowing much more flexibility in how and where I iron. Pros: -Heats up quickly and delivers consistent temperature -Glides smoothly and removes creases easily -Lightweight and comfortable to hold -Steam output is strong enough for everyday fabrics -Good price for the performance Cons: -Power cable is too short -Water tank could be slightly larger -Not ideal if your plug sockets are far from your ironing area Overall :A solid, effective iron that performs its main job well — clothes come out smooth and wrinkle-free. But the short cable is the one thing that holds it back, especially compared to other irons with longer, more convenient cords.

This is very good value for money: The iron works well and is light to use.

The make ensures quality and reliability. Had this for some time and it works well and with no issues. The spray and extra steam buttons are great for creases (putting them in or getting them out!) and the plate does not get clarted up with limescale. Very happy

For the money I pay for this iron it was very good. It is nice and easy to use. It is very light and good for people with arthritis he had a long flexible cord and heated up to top temperature quickly it made a nice job and nonstick ironing of most items. I struggled to quickly and easily remove creases from heavy cotton items with this iron but I recognise that this is not a fault with iron. I just was expecting far too much for a low priced item. I recognise that I needed to pay a lot more money for a steam generator die in to get the quick and easy results I needed on happy cotton. I have iPhone please with my purchase use this on a daily basis for items that are so heavily creased, I found the light weight of this iron it’s a great benefit to me regarding arthritis pain as of the fact that is totally nonstick and hasn’t put any of my clothes

Nice lightweight iron, works well, as another reviewer said the water outlet cover is very flimsy, worth the price but probably not the original price, would rate it 4.5 stars but cannot.

I’ve been using the Russell Hobbs Supreme Steam Iron (model 23060) and overall it does a solid job for the price. I paid £24.69, which feels fair for what you get. It heats up quickly and the 2400W power helps it get through most fabrics without too much effort. The steam shot is useful for tougher creases, and the continuous steam works well for everyday ironing. The stainless steel soleplate glides nicely, so it doesn’t drag or stick, which makes ironing less of a chore. The 2m cord is handy too, especially when ironing bigger items. Filling the 300ml tank is easy, and the self-cleaning feature is a nice touch, even if you don’t use it often. It’s not perfect, but for the price, it’s reliable and gets the job done. If you have Prime, the free delivery and returns make it even more low risk to try.

I have to pay postage fee for refund and the seller also charged me restocking fee for refund. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. I do not recommend this product.

The iron itself is very good, however ordering from Amazon Australia you'd expect an Australian plug not a UK plug! Fortunately I have an adapter, but very disappointed and a little annoyed!

Although sold by Amazon UK, the plug is not Australian. Not I need to spend another couple of dollars for a conversion adapter 🤣🤣🤣 hence the 1 star review. I’d rate zero stars if I could.
