A full 5 stars. Yes it has a plastic lid and some plastic parts but it’s the alternative for spending thousands on commercial extractors. Nevertheless if you take care of it you shouldn’t have an issue. The owner was very timely and professional when helping with any questions. The vac it self does the job without fail every time. Look no further for a vac!

I've owned this Aqua Pro for a couple months now, and that should be sufficient time for me to write a review. First of all, I too purchased this with skepticism based off other reviewers. It is a cheap build, but if you take care of it the right way, then it should last you no problem. I always carry mine, not from the handle (where it could easily break), but from the bottom of the vacuum to support it. I have cleaned 5 cars with it and it always puts a smile on my face seeing that dirt getting sucked up. The only thing I wish this vacuum had was a bigger tank reservoir, because you will be doing at least 3-4 water changes per vehicle depending on the condition. Overall, I am pleased with this product, and it holds its value in my view. Just take care of it (baby it) and you should be fine.

Seems to be a great machine mechanically. Very easy to use and I love the way the top removes so easy and the clean and dirty water tanks are easy to fill, remove and clean. The fittings, water hoses and triggers seem really cheap. They are just plastic and I suspect they will break sooner than later especially if it’s being used on a daily basis. But I could be wrong. All in all is a 4 out of 5.

Complete waste of money and total disappointment! I bought the Aqua Pro Vac expecting a reliable cleaner, but ended up with a cheap, flimsy piece of junk that completely snapped after just 8 months of normal use. And guess what broke? The main handle the absolute most critical part that takes all the pressure when you’re using it! While I was doing a routine couch cleaning, the plastic handle literally snapped right in half in my hands. I didn’t drop it, bang it, or abuse it in any way. Turns out, under the hood of this "engineering marvel,&quot it's just cheap, paper thin plastic with barely any structural support. How do you design an extractor where you constantly have to push down on the attachment and pull the hose out of such brittle garbage?! That’s how I finished work

I absolutely love it you won’t be disappointed if you need hot water use a bucket with hot water in it it’s that simple this tool is the best get one now!

After spending thousands of dollars on commercial automotive extractors,this machine is the answer to many tasks. Being able to take it anywhere and capable to perform like the big ones! Keep in mind that space in cars is very limited.You only clean-spot few areas. As long as you maintain the machine "clean" and not use any A.P. abrasive cleaners,YOU ARE IN THE MONEY!
