Made in Italy, so no GMO ingredients.
I love this product SO much! When I don’t have time to make pasta from scratch, I want a good quality pasta that doesn’t contain ingredients I can’t understand. This is my dried pasta of choice. It does not contain eggs, which is great for folks allergic to eggs. The dried pasta has a texture unlike other brands. Other brands have a smooth texture to their dried pastas, which sauce slides right off of when cooked. I find sauce sticks to De Cecco pastas much better. De Cecco is made in Italy, which means it will not contain any GMO ingredients. It is a healthier choice. I find that I eat less and remain full longer with this pasta. It’s delicious!

The best real semolina macaroni brand on earth
This is the real thing! Just like Nonna's. The best in the world. Toss it into sauteed mushrooms, onions, garlic, and top with pecorino Romano. Or with sauce, meatballs & sausage, and mushrooms. Don't forget the seasonings.

Great pasta, disappointing shipping
Great pasta, one of the few Durham wheat/bronze-cut pastas. Be aware, however, Amazon fulfills this and ships it in a soft envelope. You will be unlikely to find any intact strands of spaghetti by the time the shipping process is done with your order. Not De Cecco's fault, but beware of buying pasta from Amazon.

We are switching to this brand!
Holy cow! Such a better noodle than the common blue box brand available in the US. The sauce clung to the noodle because of it surface texture. 🥰 None of the noodles fell apart. It's the best priced noodle made with the old time methods. We are switching to this brand and I think everyone should!
