The item had a melted ice pack with it and was literally hot to the touch. Manufacturer said it was ok, that the product was still alive and effective, and were still willing to accept a return, which I ended up not doing. Decided to take them and see how effective they were. I am still not Sure.

This is my go-to probiotic for my son. He has been taking these regularly since he was 6 years old and he is now 9 years old. It is a great brand with very effective ingredients that keep up feeling healthy. I take the adult ones and he takes the child version. Taking these keeps our bodies in balance and prevents gut problems as well as allergies! Probiotics are great for the immune system so I try to keep taking them daily. These also taste good to my son, he never complains about the flavor like with some other things he has to take.

My 7 year old likes the taste of this probiotic and size of the pill is also ok for him. It is a bit costly but i believe most of the probiotics are almost in same price range. Mine did not come with the dry ice pack so i was concerned if during transit it was compromised.

Sadly by the time i recieved my product it was warm to the touch. I have used it in the past and love the product but with midsummer heat I think packaging needs to be revamped.

The best probiotic. The only one my son takes. Maybe cause it’s sweet. I won’t buy anything else. It works great too. My son takes it everyday.

I have ordered twice and the package comes with ice in it. That is good to keep the bacteria viable. My Dr recommends this brand because it has been clinically tested. We bought this after our son had rotavirus and it help get his digestive tract back to normal. We continued to keep him on it to promote good colon health.

I like the product; however, it was not mailed with an ice pack or anything to keep it cool during shipping.

Some of the reviews said it came with Dry ice to keep the tablets cold. Mine did not so they may be compromised. Otherwise I like the HLC child probiotics and my daughter asks for them every morning.
