Is this a two speed motor?

Wasn’t for me, but it was a better motor than the original it replaced on my Parker, quieter, better range, smoother. Might replace my other motor even though it still is working.

How do you determine the shaft length?

The shaft is about 2" long. The length can be adjusted with the mounting nuts.
