Harmonious Tarot (Harmonious Tarot, 1) (English and Spanish Edition)

I had previously bought the mini version of this deck, sight unseen, to have a purse size deck. However, the imagery spoke to me so strongly that I had to buy the full size version as well! I have never learned the story behind this deck, but it doesn’t matter—the imagery pops out and gives me insights that I do not get from an ordinary RWS deck. The Lovers card on this deck has someone standing between two potential loves—representing the deeper meaning of the Lovers card—choice. The Knight of Chalices in this deck looks particularly drunk to me! When he pops up in a reading I can often see that the person in question is drinking too much. The Devil card is particularly scary to me—it looks like a clown (scary) riding a black cat with a turkey next to it. And if you have never encountered a turkey, consider yourself lucky—they are angry, menacing creatures (I was attacked by an irate turkey once, okay?). The ace of pentacles looks pregnant to me, something I do not see in other decks. The Seven of Chalices is interesting to me with the man holding up a mirror—I see illusions plus delusions of grandeur and narcissism. And look at the ace of swords—she’s fed up, and she’s cut her losses and she’s walking away. These are of course what I see, which is the most important way to do a reading—tapping your intuition. The cards are slightly longer than playing card size, which is the ideal size for me to shuffle. Overall, a great deck for reading intuitively—I never even looked at the accompanying booklet.

This has quickly become one of my favorite Tarot decks - and I own a lot. I have always been drawn to the Victorian period, especially their dress and art, so this is right up my alley. There are many valid complaints about this deck that I cannot disagree with: there are some slightly racist images (definitely King of Pentacles, maybe 9 of Pentacles), there's a lot of border space, and it's a collage of art that wasn't truly meant to be a tarot deck. That being said, it is very easy to read and the imagery is still there. I have actually found that many cards are more obvious than the typical Rider-Waite-Smith deck. Many decks have personalities, and this one seems to offer reassurance to the seeker. It's not overly positive, but it's certainly not a negative deck. It's uplifting and gives great advice which is due to the soft, flowery imagery. Despite the drawbacks, I love this deck and I am really glad I own it.

An Italian artwork deck with generally exquisite art! Flower-themed. It's an "optimists" tarot deck - it doesn't really portray the heaviness that some of the cards have (i.e. 10 of Swords...). I'm glad I purchased this. I generally do not use the booklet that comes with it as there's not much in it.

These cards are so beautiful and detailed they live up to all of my expectations. Most cards now a days are thinner card stock, what are you going to do? It is what it is. Still the the cards are worth having if you are a collector. I don't think they would be hard to shuffle either.

I love love love this deck. Of the current 2 desks i have i use this one the most. the coloring is light and beautiful, elegant and the cards speak to me. I find that some time desks can be over done and there meanings can be lost on me. This desk is so differnt than my other deck i bought at the same time which i like to have variety.

I was so looking forward to using this beautiful Tarot Deck, but it was unusable. Three suits had missing cards (20 in all) and there were duplicates of other cards. A few cards were not cut properly, with the titles on the top or bottom cut off and unreadable. Because of these issues, I am not comfortable with replacing the item, for fear that other decks will be similarly defective, so I returned it for a refund. Very disappointed. I also bought a Crystal Tarot Deck, and it was in perfect condition.

O deck chegou antes do prazo e em perfeito estado. As cartas são lindas, exatamente como nas fotos. Sobre a qualidade, é Lo Scarabeo, não tem muito o que falar :)

Le bord des cartes est très chargé (des 4 côtés) et ça tue un peu les représentations de chaque carte au lieu de les mettre en valeur.De même, les couleurs sont pastels, fondues, et comme il y a beaucoup de détails, il faut approcher la carte de près pour apprécier son graphisme.ça fait parfois mal aux yeux tant il y a de détails fondus les uns dans les autres.Le manque de contrastes est vraiment handicapant et sape le travail de l'artiste.Je suis déçue : je n'aurai pas plaisir à utiliser ce tarot que je ne garderai probablement pas.

Son cartas muy bonitas, pero, aunque el material es de buena calidad, se doblan fácilmente.
