I love these minerals. I've been taking them for years. No leg cramps or fatigue with these.ETA: I did call the company regarding the sugar content. There's less than 1g of sugar per dose. I'm down to taking them about once a month. For the first 30d, I took a double dose, then a few months at regular dose. Now I take them when my legs start to feel achy. I also sleep like a bas+ard after taking these.
