Round Ice Cube Molds, Large Whiskey Ice Ball Maker, Slow Melting

I saw Tina Chen Craig on YouTube on how to fill these up with coconut milk, put in the freezer and then in the morning instead of washing one's face just rinse your face with cold water and then rub the Frozen coconut milk into your skin. It feels so, so, good! And it's so healthy for your skin because of the nutrients that are in the coconut milk. These are perfect for my needs and I am very excited to have them in my freezer to use every morning. Perfect, perfect for beautiful skin to start your day.

I had tried a few different molds that were messy, hard to pour into, and difficult to get the ice out of. I'm so glad I took one more chance on this one because it has none of those problems. The hole at the top is very easy to pour into without spilling everywhere and it actually stays closed without leaking. It's also very easy to get the ice out, just take it out of the freezer for a few minutes and it comes right out. It's also very easy to clean. I use mine to make ice cube out of cold coffee and even something as sticky as that comes right off and doesn't leave a residue or anything. Very pleased with the size as well, the large sphere is aesthetically pleasing!

Most people will probably use these for whiskey/whisky, but I was looking for large ice "cubes" for anejo tequilla. These work great. One thing to keep in mind is that water expands when it freezes, so don't fill it up quite all the way. It can take some work to get the ice out of the bottom of the mold, but nothing too bad. The ice sphere worked perfectly for getting my tequilla cold and keeping it that way, without watering it down as much as multiple smaller ice cubes do. I've also tried whiskey rocks, but they don't get the tequilla as cold, and they warm up too quickly.

I bought these to have ball ice for my whiskey and have been pretty successful with these molds. The design is simple and they are easy to take apart (I don’t even have to run the mold under hot water at all). Filling them is easy, but I will say that the small fill hole will likely lead you to have a few small air bubbles in your ice (not a dealbreaker for me though). For personal use these are perfect, and for the price, these molds serve as a great gift as well!

My husband really liked these, we’ve tried other ice molds made from silicone that were hard to open up once frozen (even when not filling up completely with water). The ice cube mold size for these fit perfectly in our standard whiskey glasses, so they aren’t too big or small.

My only concern before purchasing these was that some reviews mentioned a residual smell which they said affected the taste of the ice coming out of the molds. When I received mine, I soaked them in hot soapy water with a lot of baking soda for about an hour. Then I washed and thoroughly rinsed them, and did a "trial run". The first set of ice balls had NO residual taste whatsoever. There is some "trial and error" when you first start using the molds. You need to carefully seal them together or you will get a little frozen "ring" around the ice ball. Also do not fill them all the way, as water expands as it freezes and you will have some frozen spillage out of the top. I bought those for freezing fruit in juice for when I make Sangria! No watery Sangria now, and it keeps it nice and cold!

Like the rating says, it’s okay for the price. The molds lasted for a little over a year. They failed because the two halves would no longer stick together. It was also somewhat difficult at times to pry the ice out of the molds. They are worth the price if you plan to use infrequently or if frequently not for more than a few months

We had 2.5" ice molds by another manufacturer & they were really difficult to remove from the mold. We initially purchased some 1" ice molds from Glacio to supplement the 2.5 molds, but for some reason we didn't use them a lot. We decided to purchase the 2.5" Glacio molds. Wow what a difference from the original molds we had. These are so easy to use & make perfect ice balls. This prompted us to look at the 1" original Glacio molds and they are really great too. You can't go wrong with the Glacio molds.

These cubes are quite large and melt slowly keeping drinks colder. Make them for the pool bar.

There is nothing to dislike about this product, they are amazing. Certainly raised a few eyebrows when the drinks came in. Please buy with confidence, easy to use, easy to clean and they last ages. Perfect little ice cube containers. High quality. You couldn't find better. Does ice cube trade construction material need to be made from plastics they use at NASA? Just kidding but it's very good.

Purchased these for my wife who likes a G&T with a lot of ice, easy to use just follow instructions by only filling around 80% once filled i put finger over the fill hole and press a little to create a bit more suction between the moulds. Delivery was very fast and communication was great from seller.

The ice sphere lasts for ages well over an hour and looks brilliant. Really easy to use and freezes very quickly. Great buy
