This is a pretty good book. It has good, clear explanations of the techniques and is well written.

Great information, but could be clearer directions, otherwise excellent content., I have studied the Martial Arts forOver fifty years, with all styles, and like the book.

Almost a 5 star, it`s a little quick reading for me, sometimes y have to read 2 or 3 times to make it happen.

Power Breathing
Very interesting book. As soon as I opened it and started to read the first few pages, I was hooked. For the martial artist, this is fantastic in learning how to use these techniques to breathe during a tournament or an un-coincidental development in the streets. Good for stress,

Don't do these exercises!!
The breathing exercises in this book focus on the intentional and forcible compression of air into the lungs. I believe that if these exercises are done regularly over a long period of time, injury will occur. Don't do them.

Awesome book everything is explained cleary and concisely allowing you to learn at your own pace . I am applying the exercises to my daily life and seeing a considerable improvement in my energies levels and outlook on life .

A real Game Changer
The author starting from the historical method of breathing called Dan-Jun build new and scientific exercise to improve our breathing. Quick exercises to improve our daily life or more complex also to improve sport or martial arts performance. Really good insights to a better (and with more oxigen) life!
