Can tvr car be blue or white?

No, this item is only available as a Pink Convertible.

it is safe to use outdoors? Is it coated & rain safe?

We had loads of fun using it outdoors although I don't believe it would hold up in a heavy rain. It is lightly coated but not really rainproof.

Would this be useable on a float as to appear like it was parked at a drive in theatre? What are the dimensions?

Thanks for the question! You can use this photo prop anyway that you wish if you are OK with the size. The recommended use is on a tabletop or counter top. The dimensions are 37" wide by 25" tall. Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions!
