Taxonyx Science Inc Snake Hook - Collapsible

I was unsure at first because collapsible hooks are usually very flimsy and I planned to use it to pick up giant rattlesnakes in the desert so I definitely needed something sturdy. The way this thing is constructed not only looks beautiful, but it’s strong, sturdy and thick as hell. I was surprised when I opened the package and saw the thickness of it. Perfect for my use, long and sturdy and perfectly capable of supporting just about any venomous snake you would encounter. Breaks down small enough to fit in any backpack.

I have had this hook for a few months now and it works great! It breaks down to be small enough that I can keep it in my backpack and take it with me everywhere. Overall it is a great product for the price.

Love this really packable hook. Seems sturdy, have used it for light helping, really test will come with warmer weather.

At first I was pretty skeptical about it for the value and the lack of reviews, but I decided to give it a try. So far I have been please with the quality and it seems fairly sturdy. I like how the parts slide into each other rather than being screwed in. I will be bringing this to Costa Rica!
