Love it, I have SLE and severe arthritis, complicated with spinal stenosis. Needless to say I have been prescribed some very strong pain medication, until my Dr told me to start taking turmeric curcumin. After some research trial and error I found Herbal Secrets. It took a few weeks to really notice a difference, and now I don't take anything else for pain. This has really helped and its more targeted for for joint pain I no longer walk around in a fog. So far this is by far the best. I will never be without this.

This supplement has made a positive difference in my knee pain. Not so much my hips. They try to trick you though. The bottle clearly says 1500mg per serving and 180 vcaps. You have to read the back of the bottle to find out that a serving is actually two vcaps. Still, this brand is less than half the cost of the brand I used to use, and works just as good.

I have suffered with Costochondritis (inflammation of the cartilage where your ribs connect to your sternum) for nearly 2 years. I went to a rheumatologist and had all the blood work done and was basically prescribed a strong anti inflammatory to get the tissue to settle down, but once I was done with it the pain came back. I started eating better and that helped minimally, but it was no life to never be able to have anything sweet or white bread ever. I started taking this every single day and for the past 4 months I have had almost no Costochondritis pain. I did not decrease intensity in my workouts and still have something sweet to eat everyday (or some amazing crusty French bread... life is too short to live without carbs!), along with a balanced diet of lots of green stuff and lean protein. I feel like I can live a normal life again. I truly believe this is what has helped me since I haven’t changed anything else. The only thing would be I also take vitamin D now everyday too. So buy this product and some vitamin D if you have bad costo!!!

My son in law told me about these because they worked well for his joints. It takes about 1-2 months before you notice that it helps. I have RA as well as Osteoarthritis so it helps some but doesn’t completely take the pain away. Not at all on my joints that are bone on bone. I’ve taken 2 bottles and just reordered another.

Being a chronic pain patient my doctor adds Turmeric to my regimen. These cost much less then those sold at my doctors office and seem to work about the same. In my case they don't help with the pain as my condition is ranked more painful than cancer pain, limb amputation pain and unassisted child birth however I have noticed they keep my fever at bay. My body produces so much inflamation I pretty much always run a fever so though it doesn't help for pain, the reduction in my fevers tells me it works. Unfortunatly as you may notice, the price is low... Yeah about that. I usually find a few capsules in the bottles that are only half full with turmeric. They seem to be quite messy about putting the turmeric into the capsuls as well because they will turn your hands and anyting they touch yellow. I have noticed these are lighter yellow/ orange than the more expensive counterparts and have a more turmeric/cornstarch taste so though I may be wrong I think they put corn starch in them as a fuller so I wonder if they are really as strong as the bottle says. Lastly they are nasty. Definetly don't tsir these with water because you will taste them for sure. All in all about the only plus I can give them goes to affordability and to the fact that they work, even if it's not at the strength listed for me the truth is in the thermometer.

The product I received was not Herbal Secrets Turmeric Curcumin. It is Amazing Formulas brand. It has a stronger scent and taste, whereas, the previous Herbal Secrets had no scent or taste. No explanation as to why a different brand was sent. More upset about being sent another product.

The active ingredients have been proven to aid in reducing inflammation and thus pain caused by it.only four stars from me because I staunchly look for all pure ingredients without the potential of any toxicity that in the long run might be created. Gelatin, and Magnesium Stearate as examples.The active ingredient Turmeric Curcumin is, for me effective. I have no doubt in its results. I recommend this with the knowledge that you may not have any concerns about taking this other inactive ingredients.
