HP LaserJet Enterprise P3015DN Printer (CE528A) - (Renewed)

Our office initially had two of these printers and decided to purchase an additional one due to their exceptional performance. Upon receiving the new printer, we encountered an issue with the IP address. I contacted White Spider, the seller, and their customer service was outstanding. They promptly resolved the issue and sent us a replacement printer within a week. The new printer is now set up and functions perfectly. We would certainly consider repurchasing if we need another one in the future.

Bought this to replace the exact same printer that worked for 15 years with no issues. Worked perfectly right outof the box

I ordered this printer from amazon seller Reliable Printers because our old P3015DN was acting up and I was unable to buy a new printer that fit the specs and price point we needed (must be some laser printer shortage right now). I was a bit wary about ordering a refurb through amazon, but everything came well packed and working out of the box. Our refurb unit had a little under 50k prints on it, which is great as our old unit was over 300k. This should hold us over until we can burn through our already purchased toner and wait for new laser printers to be available again.

Really great quality laser printing. The ability to print from mobile devices is something I now use that I didnt know I needed. My only issue is the wifi connectivity. When the printer is off and then powered on, sometimes it does not automatically connect to the wifi and the printer settings have to be fiddled with or the printer restarted. However, once on and connected, the printer works great.

Seems a great replacement for my older HP Laserjet. Everything seems to work fine. And enough toner came, probably full or near full.

The printer was advertised as reconditioned and in excellent working condition. The seller intentionally misrepresented the condition as it had a defective LASER scanner from the start and never worked. They had loaded preprinted test sheets into the trey so that when it was turned on, it spit out the page making it look like the printer printed that test page but it was defective from the start. This seller should not be allowed to sell on Amazon. They ruined our Holiday as the printer was a gift.

Transfer roller is scarred, Ethernet port shielding is mangled and will need to be cut off to use the printer. Solid print quality is GREY. Toner cartridge that they claimed would be aftermarket or refilled was only 28%full. Loose Spring and Mount in the box. Can't find its home. Printer memory has been removed. EDIT. Recieved an acceptable A series refilled toner cartridge. Recieved replacement printer. Now to find someway to get them to pick it up. I wish they didnt polish the exterior as there is polish or chemicals unremoved from the insides of all the exterior panels. An explanation of the extra spring, a toner cartridge, and a 5$ replacement paper sensor would have fixed this for me, but i guess their only option is to send more complete units.

I have to use these older models for Novell Server compatibility (IKR?! Still ticking after 25 years) Anyway, these printers are fantastic. I've gotten some where the rubber roller doesn't grab paper, but these have been refurbed quite nicely.

La stampante funziona regolarmente ma il cassetto del toner non si blocca perché il meccanismo di aggancio è rotto. Abbiamo dovuto mettere un pezzo di scotch per fissarlo.
