Loving these products
My extremely sensitive and acne-prone 44 year old skin has cleared incredibly since starting this regimen — I use the CLNS and RETIN as well. In addition to my other skill issues, the skin around my chin area was starting to look orange peel-like, and I was horrified. Nothing was helping that skin to turn over fast enough, and I was irritating the hell out of my skin trying. This combination of products has cleared that issue up in around a month's time. My skin was overly oily before, and that has resolved. My jawline: here I am fighting acne AND age, but anything that touched my neck caused puss-filled breakouts. I've used both Salic and Retin on my jawline and upper-neck, and it is clear-clear-clear! Yay! I'm now not using any cream foundation for cover, just Jane Iredale powder to spruce up a bit and even out. I'm not really a "natural look" type; I like makeup. But I also don't want to look 100 years old pre-maturely because I'm caking lord-knows-what on my face. Before, by the end of the day my forehead was an oil slick, now it's just normal and I DO NOT take this for granted! Definitely had an adjustment period where my skin got scaly, but that is the case when starting most Retinol-type products. I'm hooked, just wish I'd found POM sooner.

Helped Save My 42 Year Old Face.
My complexion has never been perfect. It has always been inconsistent. At 42, I was dealing with not only painful blemishes on my chin, but bumps all over my face. Oh joy. Benzoyl peroxide has usually done the trick, but did dry out my skin and no matter how careful, I would bleach my pillow case, towels, etc. I decided to try this as well as the BENZD from POM. Both products have worked very well for me. I use the SALIC at night and the BENZD in the morning. Less chance I will destroy everything around me. I've been using the products for a month or so and did wait to write my review. I tend to jump the gun only find that a product works temporarily. My skin cleared and has stayed pretty clear with these products. I still get a few small blemishes here and there, but nothing I can't handle. I feel the product is excellent and the price is more than reasonable. Assuming it still workes at the end of the bottle, I will order again.

Greasy Mess!
I had high hopes because I have sensitive, combination, acne prone skin with problems with scarring. My skin is a mess lol I tried this and I can say that it doesn’t sink in your skin at all. It is a greasy mess. I wiped it off my face with my hands because it was so uncomfortable. I tried it because of the Salic acid.

But those products included more cooling ingredients like cucumber.
It is definitely effective in reducing breakouts, however it kind of stings my face when I use it, which is odd since I've used 2% Salicylic acid products without issue. But those products included more cooling ingredients like cucumber... maybe that's why? Either way, I use my Shea Moisture serum right after this and it helps cool my face down and reduce the stinging/burning sensation. It doesn't cause redness or anything but it's definitely off-putting. May purchase again, unless I find something that's equally effective without the sting.

Smelly and greasy!
I've used a Neutrogena salicylic acid treatment for many years and when it was discontinued, I went on the search for a replacement. Everyone's skin is different, but for me this product was not good. First, a minor annoyance is the awful smell. It does fade after an hour or so, but it's gross to me. Second, I have oily skin and this product is incredibly oily and greasy itself. It made my face greasier than if I'd used nothing at all. Third, this product did nothing to help my acne. Whether is was due to the lower salicylic acid content than previous products (1.5% vs 2%) or the added oil of the product itself, I had increased breakouts. So long story short, it didn't work for me. Your mileage may vary.

Not sure about this product. I have been using ...
Not sure about this product. I have been using over one month and can't say that I really noticed a decrease in breakouts.

Love it!
Great acne solution. I'm now almost exclusively using Skin by Pom products and this was the gateway product. I ordered this for the first time a few years ago because I was have some issues (small bumps all over my face). It cleared it in roughly two days. Since then, I have continued to use it off and on when problem spots popped up. Using this is like hitting a reset button for my face. Suddenly, most (if not all) of my problems are gone. I recently ran out and decided to try CLNS and MOIST as well. I am currently using cleanse twice a day (morning and night), SALIC before bed (after cleansing), and MOIST in the morning after showering. I'm not sure if that's what is recommended, but my skin has never been clearer and I've only been using the combination for about a week.

Great for adult acne!
Great stuff! I am 42 and NEVER HAD ACNE...until now that I got off my birth control. I get cystic acne now and it drives me nuts! I am a makeup artist and skin care junkie. I bought this stuff based on the previous reviews. Tried it for 2 nights prior to applying an expensive serum and moisturizer. My skin stopped breaking out prior to my period and my skin feels smoother and age spots lighter! Can't live without this! I have also used this post-glycolic/lactic peel and my skin doesn't freak out. Now, if you have sensitive skin, you may want to mix this with your moisturizer for night time. I have resistant skin that doesn't react quickly to skin care, so I can apply this directly.
