excellent value product.
The entire product line of fortune is totally good as it's less in cost as compared to products manufactured by tech giants for their appliances like IFB.I had been using the fortune range from around 2 yrs. and didn't find any major issue but rather a small one with fortune dishwasher detergent which is that while using it with hindalium utensils,after washing there's a major white spots on utensils are there,so instead fortune use the company recommended detergent and if only there are steel and clay crockery,you can use the fortune detergent.Kudos to you fortune as you have helped us in saving a substantial fortune over the years.

FORTUNE Descaler
I have only just run a descaling cycle in both my Dish Washer and the Clothes Washer, There is no way to ascertain whether any descaling has actually occurred, so use of this product has to be taken on trust.
