REVLONColorstay Nail Enamel, Fall Mood, 0.4 Fluid Ounce

I really love Revlon nail polish and many other of the brand cosmetics, etc. When I need to polish and care for my own nails, as oppose to getting them done professionally, I will use Revlon nail polish. The quality in this nail polish is really good, goes on easily, dries in minimal time and lasts quite a while without chipping or breaking. I use a clear base coat, 2 coats of color, topped with another clear coat. I only gave it 4 stars, as I was disappointed with the color ONLY. I didn't realize that it would be so very golden in color. Not a good color for me, however, my daughter loves it! So I gave it to her.

I do not recommend this polish. The color is a gorgeous copper but I have one complaint. Most pearlized nail polishes do not wear well; if you use only one coat the polish wears thin at the tips. I was hoping this would be different because the "colorstay" self-description suggested better wear. The polish does have one coat coverage, an asset to me with nails discolored from furniture stripping, but, as noted, in just one day, the bare nail tip started showing through, even though I used it with the Colorstay Base Coat. One tip: if you are going to use two coats of the polish, wait at least an hour between the first and second coat. If you do not, the nail polish may bubble.

I love this color! There are few polishes I would recommend, I do recommend this one. The color lasts for quite a while if a top coat is applied. The color stays shiny and does not chip off like so many others do. I have my hands in water daily so this is a great product for me.

Revlon Colorstay is the longest-lasting nail enamel I have ever used. I love this frosted color.I use Revlon base and top coats, and a coat or two of Revlon solid color polish. Then I add glitter if I want to - the manicure is still long-lasting, and easier to get off.I would really like it if Colorstay came in more frosted colors. Since it doesn't, I usually put a frosted polish (different brand) on top of the solid color Revlon. It still lasts, especially now that I am using the Revlon top coat as well. Saves me lots of time and looks great for a week or more.
