Between good to medium very good. WE have other alternatives available and compared to them it is very expensive. But works up to 70-80%. That is the reason one can use if Indian Ayurvedic alternates not available.

Sooo I was looking for the exact dosage I have but I guess they upped the dosage I have 525 mg but I must say the dosage I have has been a life saver !! I had a heart scare like my chest was been so strong I could feel it but I say wishing two to three days my heart scare was gone and my heart is back to beating normal it feels like a reset like these are a miracle worker I say get these if u have any type of heart problems because I was having an irregular heart beat and now everything is back to normal

I am allergic to many medications so read abouth this product. I am very happy to report this product works great. It is of good value and my physician is pleased with the results and just ordered another bottle.

Update: While they cannot remove the magnesium Stearate from the bottle sent, the company did reach out to me and make things right.I raised my rating from three to four stars because customer service was exceptional. I did not give five stars because the listing still has information leading one to believe that the product is magnesium stearate free.——————-Previous review: I specifically purchased this because it did **NOT have magnesium stearate as part of the ingredients.Whether you believe it is damaging to you or you believe it is safe for you, the fact that it reduces potency is undisputed. It makes it cheaper for the manufacturer and less effective for us. Why would I want an additive that reduces the effectiveness of what I paid for!The fact that the ingredient is not in the listing is irresponsible and misleading…just wrong!

First time trying this brand. So appreciate the quick delivery. The nature way brand that I usually get has such a long wait time. I will be a repeat customer.
