does this seed grow in sun?

It has for me, but its best quality is being able to grow in very dense shade. I've tried every seed out there and nothing compares to this. You should see our yard now, it looks better than Augusta National!

The Texas winter storm of 2021 didn't faze it at all. It was zero degrees, and I actually think it liked it. It's been a couple of weeks (after the hard freeze) and I have to mow it already. Dark green and beautiful. I think it's better to seed in the fall and let the roots get established before the top soil gets too hot.

I can't answer for Georgia but in Illinois it did not work as well as I had expected it to.
