How do I use these epsom salts?

Simply dissolve 2 handfuls of Epsom salts into warm running bath water. Allow the salts to fully dissolve, then soak for at least 20 minutes. For foot baths, use approximately ½ cup in a basin of warm water.

Great and smells lovely

Like some epsom salts, these actually leave no residue or bits floating in the bath tub. The scent is great and very relaxing, takes away from having to add any essential oils. It is easy to seal and store and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this product, it is perfect for relaxing aching muscles and smells lovely as well.
