I ordered this hat for a pirate costume and it is great. Very well made in my opinion. It was comfortable for me to wear all day with a bandana under it. I added feathers to the side and it was perfect for my pirate costume. I'm sure I'll get lots of use out of this hat. I haven't used the eye patch and I don't plan to but it seems to be well made

I bought this for Halloween for my 10yr old son. The hat is awesome quality and I see it lasting many years. He plays with it and tosses it around and 2months later it’s still holding up. The Velcro for the tricorn shape doesn’t always stay held together, but I’ll just hot glue it when I get the time. The eye patch is a little big and the string is loose. He doesn’t care for it anyways and it’s not why we bought the product so it’s not an issue for us, but might be for others.

For all those young pirates in the house this is the perfect hat. Good quality, no cheap feel about it. Argh, it’s a fun one!

Was great! Although I’m not the biggest fan of the eyepatch myself, the hat was awesome and I would suggest it!

I used this as part of my renfest costume and got a ton of compliments. It looked and felt great especially at the price point also I'm a guy with a not so small head and it fit my medium-large head nicely.
