I had purchased Gluten Guardian after seeing a demo video but hadn’t gotten the nerve to try it. I have been gluten free for 10 years. Then 1.5 tacos into dinner at a food truck last night and I realize that I am, in fact, eating flour tortillas even though I definitely ordered gluten free. So I stopped immediately. When I got home, I took three caps of GG, even though several hours had past since I ate. I did not sleep terrible. Usually gluten keeps me awake all night. I had a bit of an upset stomach this morning but I’ve had a completely normal day otherwise! That little incident would have otherwise taken me out for 3-7 days. Worth every penny.

These are amazing ! I never review anything , but I have terrible IBS and terrible reactions to Gluten so I avoid it, but sometimes ( a lot actually) gluten shows up. These capsules really work ! No upset stomach, no cramps, no gas!

I've tried several others, whereby my "go-to" was Gluten Cutter -- this works MUCH better. Lately, I've found myself in situations where the dreaded buffets have been served, and rather than starving or feeling left out, (socially awkward), I've taken the recommended 3 capsules about 15 minutes (rather than suggested 30) before eating and have suffered no adverse effects. This is a great product to keep with you, for those just in case moments. With that said, I wouldn't use it as a license to eat gluten-filled foods on a regular basis -- I'd avoid them, but there are times when it's unavoidable.I am not Celiac, but am gluten intolerant and borderline Anaphylactic. I rated it 2 stars for "flavor" because you can't really taste anything due to encapsulation. I have not suffered any adverse effects as a result of gluten when taking these capsules, thus these are far better value over a trip to the ER or use of my $750 epipen.

First of all, I do not have Celiac Disease and don't recommend that anyone with Celiac try to find a workaround.That being said, I am largely wheat free except for birthdays or special occasions where I just want to "eat socially".I ordered this for Thanksgiving which was also a birthday celebration for the family...pretty rough if you've been low/no wheat for awhile.Well, Gluten Guardian makes a night a day difference for me. Sure, you still know you carbed up, but for me, I don't have that lingering shakey and headachy feeling afterward. For me, those feelings would linger for the next 24 hours. Gone with Gluten Guardian taken as late as with the first bite of food.Birthday cake, Burger night, and Pizza night with the family have really turned into something I don't dread.I don't use this as an excuse to eat garbage, but it is a lot easier to pick a place (for everyone else) to eat with this in my supplement arsenal.

I follow a strict grain-free diet and use these mostly when dining out to help my digestive system in case there’s any cross contamination. I haven’t used them enough times to make an extremely informed statement but so far I am satisfied with the product.

I liked that it was easy on the stomach, and I would feel less lethargic at times after eating gluten with this supplement. However, I didn't always feel the effect.

I'm a non-Celiac, but found that I have a wheat allergen or sensitivity through my own trial & error "tests" (elimination of certain foods, etc.).My Chiropractor recommended this product to me, & advised me to use once-in-a-while when I want to indulge without restrictions or hesitations.It has been SO nice to have a "cheat" day here & there without the "wheat hangover".My usual symptoms: bloating, brain fog, fatigue, joint pain, lower back pain, inflamed skin, swelling, moodiness were minuscule, if not, just gone with the help of this supplement.

Really wanted this to work; so disappointed.

I have tried lots of different products over the years most with little to no avail however I have to say this is a great supplement. It made a difference literally straight after the first few times of taking it and I can really feel the difference. I highly recommend it
