Much lighter than expected.

Cheaply made. Thin light sweater

My girlfriend purchased this for me as a surprise Christmas gift. I had no idea what this sweater was, but now can't live without it. Not only is the wool comfy and stylish, you almost think it has an adjustable AI. When it's cold, it keeps you toasty. When it starts warming up, you can feel some airflow and it's still great up to about 65+ degrees. I have no idea how this contradiction works but I reap all the benefits. :DI've also received multiple compliments from co-workers; some even asking where they can buy one. No better compliment than that.

The description of this product is a 100% Merino wool Aran Irish cardigan. It ships from China, and took a month to reach me on the east coast of the U.S. Does that sound like an Irish made product? I ordered charcoal, which the picture clearly showed. It arrived as black. The seller has responded that charcoal means black to them. The sweater is a different color than the one pictured - it is darker: black, NOT charcoal. Furthermore, it is a cheaply made product with an ugly seam that runs up the middle of the collar. Additionally, I received an e-mail shortly after it arrived offering participation in a possible $250 prize - that would be deposited in my bank account if I won. Did the seller really think I was naive enough to provide my bank account number? This is deeply suspicious seller, and I regret making this purchase. This is the first truly bad experience I have had with an Amazon seller. I expect better than this. In my opinion, you should too.

Used as a cool weather “blazer.”

Tightly woven, stops wind quite well, Warm, Comfy. if that vendor has more like this I will buy. Oh Yeah and the price was right as well. Shipped direct from Ireland too!

My husband loved the sweater but it was way too big. He is a small medium and the sweater was too bulky. We have sent it back and will order the small once we receive the refund.
