Amazon customer service good but product I purchased was not that good.
The product when worn feels good but its not durable enough... the earlier item that I ordered tore within a day and Amazon agreed for a replacement... the new one sent by Amazon looked and felt better however even that did not last more than a week...happy with Amazon customer service however the product should be reviewed by Amazon internally for quality checks.
