Fit my 20+ year old Rancilio Silvia perfectly
First time replacing this part. Yeah, it was a 3 hour job to disassemble Silvia. One bolt was stuck, after some oil and a Dremel to make the hex bolt a flat head, got 'er out. Make sure you mark all your connectors and take pictures. Once boiler is apart make sure to clean both mating halves before installing this part. If your bolts are bad, I was able to use M5x12 on 5 of the bolt, but switches to an M5x16 for the one with the spade grounding terminals. I believe the stock bolts are M5x14.

Perfect for my rancilio
It was the right size for my Rancilio. Be aware, you have to disassemble half of your espresso machine to install this gasket. Not for the faint of heart! :)

Rancilio Sivias last forever with the right replacement parts
Our 15-year old Rancilio Sivia espresso machine was in need of a rebuild. The boiler needed a complete cleaning which necessitated a replacement gasket. This gasket fit perfectly, and now our machine is running like new.

Too thin don’t buy! Not OEM or even close.
The thickness of the o-ring was too small and now my boiler leaks again. Don’t buy this product for a Silvia v1. You will regret it.Pictures added to show the proper one direct from Rancilio vs the one from this vendor. Significant different!
