Perfect number pad! I love the mechanical sound and firm keys. I plugged it in and it connected instantly. All the keys punch perfectly and are extremely responsive! Very compact and professional looking.

Just got it a few minutes ago but so far so good! I never tried Outemu blue switches before and they are pretty clicky! I like how easy and concise your manual. Good instructions and easy to follow. The actual numpad works perfectly. I like how you can turn off the backlight or half dim it. That's a nice option. I also like how you guys decided to add extra keys like backspace, esc, and the calculator button. It makes using the calculator way better! Here are some critiques/improvements I think this could have. Note that I think this is already an awesome product! I just think it could be improved, but I'm not the manufacturer so no worries if you guys don't think this applies. 1) I am not a fan of the tab and num lock keys. I feel like they could have been some other keys that would have been useful. Like maybe the left and right parenthesis. I don't use tab often when I type my numbers, and if I do, I already have one on my main keyboard. Also have one key dedicated to num lock seems excessive. You could turn on numlock with a key combo like you guys did with the backlight. Then make that key something else. 2) Allow for more customization. Maybe have a white numpad available. Also let people choose different switches. I think best case scenario is make the numpad hot-swappable with rgb backlighting and have it come in black and white options. This would probably cost you a bunch initially to make and you would obviously charge more for these options, but there doesn't seems to be many mechanical numpads in the market, at least compared to mechanical keyboards. I think you could make a good profit if you invested in making products like this. Overall the seller was super upfront about what they were selling and the product fit the description perfect. For $16.99, this product was affordable and fit just what I needed. I will be sure to update as time passes. 5 stars for now!

I ordered this keypad because I wanted to experience some Blue Mechanical switches without paying an arm and a leg for a keyboard I wouldn't end up liking. For less than $20, I'm pretty satisfied. I use this for work alongside my on-the-go 10-keyless Razer Blackwidow Lite. The manufacturer seems to be trying really hard to avoid mentioning the brand of switches this uses (they're OUTEMU if you're curious), probably so buyers think they're getting Cherry MX. I don't fault them for that, but I would have liked to know exactly what I was getting. The keys are plenty clicky, as advertised, and have a pretty noticeable tactile bump. My only real complaint as far as sound goes is some of the keys have a resounding metallic twang, especially when pressing them quickly (as I imagine one would do when using a keypad). The backplate is impressively study for being made of plastic. The keycaps feel pretty cheap, and while I was getting a closer look at the switches, I actually scuffed up the 0 key with my keycap pull alone. The backlighting shines through the keycaps pretty well with a delightful deep blue, but the pinhole sized numlock indicator light (which is unlabeled) is way too bright for my liking. While the keys aren't remappable, I was surprised to find that the numlock status of this keypad is independent of the numlock of, for example, the built in 10-key on a full size keyboard. I don't know if numlock is normally local to they keyboard you set it on, but I can see this opening up some layered keymapping potential with software like Autohotkey.

This is a wonderful number pad. It's super duper amazing. I was surprised I'd like it so much. I purchased it for use during the whole CrowdStrike incident to input Bitlocker decryption codes. If you didn't know, Bitlocker Decryption codes are comprised of 48-digits in eight groups of six. For the 9500 systems that were impacted, that meant helpdesk, field support, and other IT disciplines had to come over and work together to take care of all the systems to bring them all back online. This number pad along with two others I purchased were used by my team to enter bitlocker codes. The scissor keypad I just gifted to the field support team, lol, at $5.99 the experienced sucked enough that I was happy with just giving it away vs returning it to Amazon. The other two, this one and my Kisnt, ended up being used wherever I went. Used on hundreds of systems each, and nearly 30,000 key presses each. Worked like a champ. Definitely liked the extra buttons with Tab and ESC at the top. So useful. Wherever I went, along came the clickity clack of mechanical typing. What a champ!~ If you're looking for a good value, this is a good number pad. I like my Kisnt slightly more since it has brown switches, so I leave that one at home. The Rottay stays with me at work.

My old numeric keyboard, which I thought was amazing, finally died. So I had to find a replacement ASAP. Found this one, and it was the only one that was reasonably priced and didn't have too many or too few gizmos on it. Willing to take it at face value because I was desperate - and it turns out to be a lot nicer and less hassle than the old one! Its easier to press the keys, there's less resistance (but just enough), the height of the pad and keys is easier on the wrist and causes fewer errors. Lighter weight, and fits into things better than the old one. I do wish it didn't "click", but its a pleasant, quiet click, not a loud, tapping one - and it does let you know if the keystroke was actually registered. Overall, I'm glad I got it! One potential issue - its a USB connection, not a USBC. That may become an issue with a newer computer...

Like: The mechanical keypad with the clicky switches, the blue lights, the build. Dislike: The numlock keeps activating and deactivating with every keystroke. My laptop displays Numlock on or off on the screen for a second. It is annoying that it appears on the screen with every keystroke. However a bigger issue is that it seems to interfere with the Armoury Crate App as 8 out of 10 time when plugged in for a while I get some error and recovery message from the software. (Doesn't happen when it's not plugged in). Maybe it has something to do with the Numlock On and Off displaying with every keystroke. The calculator shortcut key doesn't work with my laptop. But maybe it's just with my laptop. Conclusion: It is a solid keypad and if these issues are unique to my laptop then I would recommend. Unless there is some software fix I wont be using it though especially since it messes with my graphics app.

I cannot express how much I love this thing. I have owned this since 2021 and I cannot imagine myself working a day without it. I have an 87 key mechanical keyboard with blue switches as well, and this is the perfect accompaniment to it. I know to some it may seem silly to sing the praises of a piece of hardware like this but I do a lot of typing throughout the day, I do a lot of working with numbers, and this thing has made it a quicker and smoother since day one. Positive: - It is wired, so no need to worry about batteries running out - It isn't too bad to look at - Designated key to open your calculator - You can replace the keycaps - Blue switches for that oh so nice clickety clack Negative: - My only gripe is the color of the LED. There is only 1 color and it is a generic darker blue (if it is only going to be one color, white would have been better imo).

Jokes aside, I purchased this in Feburary of 2021, it's May 2024 at the time of writing. For what is like a <$20 keypad, I think this thing is great. The "blue"switches they've used are "clicky" like I'd expected, and thus there is a positive identification when pressing they keys; I rarely input when I don't mean to, and on the other side of things, I haven't had any issues of keys not responding. The RGB is blue, it's only blue, and you've got three options: Full blue, lower brightness blue, and off. The "feet" are pretty nice, it doesn't slide around to much, and with how my desk is setup it's hard for me to really move it without intent. The only other thing of note that I have - I use this alongside a 60% keyboard due to available desk space, and while trying to play some games, toggling the "Num Lock" to access the arrow function of the 8426 keys doesn't always work, it's possible it's an isolated issue with something on my end, but I wanted to note it in case somebody else has this issue. This thing has really treated me well, and when I bought it, my setup was all blue, so the color didn't bother me, and if all I needed was blue I'd 100% buy this one again.

worth for money

I use this keypad plugged into the docking station for my MacBook Pro. Nice key travel. Solid click. Keys are backlit (blue). Only problem is on the MacBook Pro, the Calculator key does not work. Otherwise, it is a good unit.

Excellent keypad, a couple of extra functions, and the blue backlighting matches my keyboard perfectly. No more running out of battery and having to charge and or connect issues.
